Client must provide: one dedicated 20A power circuit within 50ft, overhead shelter/indoor space, and 60 min setup time before start.
Overtime beyond booked hours: $100/hr, paid same day via CashApp ($aljxdro) or Zelle.
DJ reserves the right to halt performance in unsafe conditions (electrical hazards, weather, physical threats). Music direction uses best judgment to read the crowd. Specific genre/song preferences noted at booking honored when possible.
Completing payment = full agreement to all terms.

▸ equipment damage waiver — read before booking
Keep all equipment away from rain, moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme heat. No food or drinks within 10 feet of any gear — zero exceptions. No smoking near equipment.
Only sober, responsible adults may operate equipment. Do not drop, stack objects on, or subject gear to excessive force. Multi-day rentals: store equipment in a secure, dry, locked location overnight.
Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair any equipment. Powered speakers need ventilation — never operate near pools or wet surfaces. Return all cables, cases, and accessories that came with the gear.
Inspect equipment at pickup and report any pre-existing damage immediately. Unreported damage is assumed to have occurred during your rental.
You assume FULL financial responsibility for damage, loss, or theft from pickup to return. Repair/replacement assessed at market rates. Security deposit retained for damaged or missing items. Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup: full refund. Less than 48 hours: 50% refund.
Completing payment = agreement to full equipment rental terms and this damage waiver.
